INTERIOR DESIGN
Interior design is the art and science of enhancing the interiors, sometimes including the exterior, of a space or building, to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment for the end user. At Michael Lake and associates we plan, research, coordinate, and manage such projects.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Contract administration refers to the task or function of ensuring that a construction contract is executed in accordance with the terms of the contract. The contract administrator may be a representative of either party or may be a third party, depending on the terms.
LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Landscape design is an independent profession and a design and art tradition, practised by landscape designers, combining nature and culture. In contemporary practice, landscape design bridges the space between landscape architecture and garden design.

Michael Lake provides complete CSI 3-part architectural specifications as a guide for planning your project. The specifications can be edited to meet your individual needs, and can be included in your project’s master plan.
